This selection is available to applicants who meet the following conditions.
– Those who wish to transfer to JFOU, and with a foreign citizenship (excluding those staying in Japan with the “permanent resident” or “long-term resident” status)
– Those who live in Japan at the time of application
Applicants who reside outside Japan at the time of application are not eligible for this selection process. In this case, please go to Selection of International Applicants (Transfer Applicants Residing Outside Japan) page.

Notes on downloading the application materials
Please download and print all the application materials by yourself.
Paper application forms are not distributed or mailed.
Please be sure to check the application documents required for each admission process in the application guideline.
Please make sure to print the designated form for application in A4 size (single-sided).
The selection process includes online interviews. In preparation for this online interview, applicants must participate in a connection test in advance.

After application registration for this selection method, it is necessary to submit the essay test before the prescribed submission deadline.
This information regarding residence procedures applies to the following applicants.
– For those already residing in Japan with the status of resident at the time of enrollment
– For those residing outside of Japan with no status of residence at the time of enrollment (people not living in Japan)
